Water: 

A clear, colorless, and tasteless liquid, H 2 0, essential for most plant and animal life and the most widely used of all solvents.   This is one of the necessary foods for animal and vegetable life.  It is the only natural drink which nourishes and  heals. 90% of our blood is made up of water.
